Did you like your holiday in Pomorie?
We travel to Turkey every year. This year we want to stretch the pleasure for a month in Bulgaria (savages). I heard that the products are cheap, the sea is nearby, the beach is good, inexpensive housing (15-25 dollars a day). Children are adults (8 and 15 years old), I hope there will be no problems. I would like to hear advice. Vacation one and do not want to regret later. Thanks to all!

Go, you won't regret :) Last year, while relaxing in Nessebar, we went to Pomorie almost every day. It is calmer there, a nice beach with gray sand (due to the high content of iron), there is an "old town" - three traditional Bulgarian wooden houses and an old church. Good infrastructure. You can go on your own to the same Nessebar or Burgas. From Burgas you can go to Sozopol. Save on excursions, and get no less pleasure. Bulgarians, for the most part, are friendly people, there is practically no language barrier. Good luck!:)

A good town with very affordable prices, 2 times lower than in Sunny Beach. Choose accommodation in the old town. It's nice to walk there. Both along the promenade and along the beach. And the pedestrian zone. It makes sense to go to the private sector for a long time. Visas are easy to get. In principle, there are inexpensive hotels. But flights are not cheap. The most expensive time is from mid-July to the end of August. Eat in a cafe - 25-30 lev with alcohol for two. From the stomach. Some dishes I recommend taking one for two. Not everywhere, but in most places the food is delicious. A good cafe is "Omar", it is near the beach. Be sure to go to Nessebar and Sozopol. You can take the bus, or you can take the boat. There is a good water park in Nessebar. Bulgaria is a good, kind country. But the rest there is radically different from the Turkish one, because of this there are inadequate impressions. Much can be said, if you are interested - contact.

Thanks a lot! I already want to go there! Everything is very interesting to the smallest detail ... It captivates that you manage your time yourself, I don’t like to sit still when there are so many interesting things. They say that it is more profitable to buy air tickets through the Internet? What site? So many documents are needed for visas! How long does it take to reach Nesber and Sozopol? Does anyone have connections with private traders (to rent an apartment)? I am grateful to everyone.

Housing can be searched on this site http://pochivka.bg/ Last year, through this site, we found good rooms in a private hotel in Old Nessebar. From Nessebar to Pomorie about half an hour by bus. From Pomorie to Burgas - about an hour's drive, and from Burgas to Sozopol - 2 hours by bus. Ticket Burgas-Sozopol - 4 leva. Pomorie - Nessebar 2 levs (or 3 levs, if you go from the center of Pomorie). The exchange rate is approximately 1.5 leva for 1 euro. If you are in Burgas, take a walk along the street. Aleko Bogoridi and Seaside Park, usually tourists from groups don’t get here, but in vain ...

From Burgas to Sozopol no more than half an hour by bus. From Pomorie to Burgas - 20 minutes. In two hours, slowly, you can get to Tsarevo (actually a little more than an hour). Rate 1.9 - 1.95 leva per euro. Tickets can be bought online, ticket offices or travel agencies. The regular season is S7, but many summer charters are allowed. The prices are outrageous though.

Pomorie is cool!!! I have rested almost all over the world, but Bulgaria is my native place!!!! I have been resting here for 11 years and I am very satisfied. kitchen, 2 balconies, garage, 100 meters from the beach) for 45 lev. Clean cozy beaches, delicious food, very friendly people. , we are looking for ourselves upon arrival, it is very easy, the owners sit near the houses and themselves offer "free flocks" Be sure to go !!!

Was from 24.06 to 8.07. For the third time. We drove in our car, rented an apartment from the owners themselves. In June, this is easier, there are fewer people. 3-room apartment, 60 steps to the sea for 56 leva per day (1 euro -1.95 leva). The rest is calm and friendly. Children were allowed to go to the city on their own (it is small on three sides of the sea).
My opinion is better than Egypt (where you live in a hotel, like on a reservation) and better than Crimea.
There will be an opportunity to go back next year.

Maybe the moderators will regard it as advertising, but I want to share information. I really liked the owners of the apartment where we lived, friendly nice people. pensioners. Pensions in Bulgaria do not provide an adequate standard of living, people earn money by renting apartments. I want to help them. I give the address: [email protected]
