We want to visit Bulgaria by private car. They say that coronavirus certificates are not needed. But I haven't found any official information yet. We fear complications at the borders. Or is there nothing to be afraid of?

In Bulgaria, a test and additional certificates are not needed. Only the checkpoint in Ruse is open for transit.
From Bulgaria, too, through Ruse, but if you go to Galati-Reni, they will put you in quarantine (or you can take a test and quarantine will be canceled), if you go to Chernivtsi, without a test and without quarantine

P.S. Bulgaria remains in the "red zone" for Ukraine, so after returning you need to go through a mode of self-isolation through the application "Action at home", or pass the PCR test.
