I do not recommend Elenite, there is an epidemic of rotovirus every year. Albena is a good resort, but the water park is free only in 3rd line hotels. A good hotel Tiara Beach in Sunny Beach, there is a mini-aqua park. True, the beach is not near the hotel and the sunbeds were paid. However, this is our favorite hotel.
