Yes, we were in Bulgaria too, in Albena in 1996 - this was our first trip to a resort abroad (not counting Slovakia, almost a pioneer camp (which is also not bad for 1994. , yes ?!) - cool, right? You won't find Soviet service there, don't worry. We took an inexpensive hotel and traveled with pleasure to different resorts (I really liked Nessebar and Balchik). So, the countries are different and the rest is different. You need to choose which vacation you like best. There are not bad hot offers in Turkey and, I don’t think that Bulgaria will be much cheaper. And if you choose a cheap hotel, then in Turkey they will feed you shit, get rude and spoil your mood. All over the world, the price determines the level of services. no matter how good the hostess of a private apartment in Bulgaria is, she will not organize SPA, club and all-inclusive for you. And no matter how "so beautiful" Turkey is, there will be problems with service in a 3+ hotel. Just the laws of the economy, and more specifically - the market. Decide on the level of rest, that is, with the budget, and then decide.
