Breakfast-dinner at the hotel
If you go on the HB system, is dinner usually a buffet or a menu?
And if breakfast is almost always from 8 to 10 am, then what time is dinner at the hotel?

HB is both breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner in most hotels from 19 to 21 (maybe until 21.30 and even up to 22).

Thank you! And then where is the dinner menu? in ALL?

Dinner on the menu as in a regular restaurant visit, i.e. if you have paid only breakfast, or even accommodation without meals. With the ALL system paid for, the dinner buffet is the same, and the A la carte restaurants (“à la carte” in French) can be visited once for free for promotional purposes.
In absolutely chic hotels, a priori, the crush and queues of Russo tourists with plates littered with food are not expected, here food is always on the menu, the buffet is not used there. But our people do not visit such hotels.

We are not offered such hotels, and in Bulgaria, in my opinion, there are none at all on the coast. There is a la carte on Konstantin in the Grand Hotel Varna group, but it seems like once a week, I don’t remember exactly. There is also a dinner menu in inexpensive hotels in order to save money, a choice of 2-3 options. Caring for Russian-Ukrainian-Belarusian-Moldovan tourists, so that they don’t overeat and then complain that they were “poisoned” in a restaurant.
