Living conditions are different, depending on where you stay. If private owners - the conditions will be comparable to the Crimean mini-hotels, and if in large hotels - then closer to Turkey. The service is excellent everywhere, the attitude of the population towards vacationers is friendly.

We rested in Bulgaria after two trips to Egypt. Satisfied: 1. after a closed space in Egyptian hotels, it was even somehow surprising to move freely around Sozopol, 2. Bulgarians are very friendly and absolutely unobtrusive, like the Egyptians, 3. Bulgarian cuisine and rakia are another pleasure in Bulgaria, 3. you feel at home, but the service is much higher than ours. But there is also a BUT: 1. excursions and guides are rather weak, buses do not differ in special comfort, there is no comparison with the purity of the Red Sea, 3. everything is quite simple and without frills. But before a trip to a more intelligent Croatia, that's it. Our holiday in Bulgaria can be called "soulful". Have a nice trip and holiday.

Prices in Bulgaria are different, from very cheap resorts and hotels to elite and expensive ones. The main thing (I always advise everyone) is to determine your priorities, what exactly you want to get from your vacation, and then choose a hotel for yourself. Resorts are different: from party to very calm. Bright nature somewhere is, but somewhere not. The beaches are crowded somewhere, and somewhere more free. The sea is warm from mid-June to mid-September. The highest price in July and until 23 August. I do not quite agree that it is not necessary to take "all inclusive". There are expensive resorts with a good buffet, such as Albena. It is more profitable to take food there, restaurants are expensive. In good hotels and other resorts it is better to take "all inclusive". And there are resort towns with a well-developed restaurant business, where it is better to take only breakfast and go to wonderful and inexpensive restaurants. With children, this is not very convenient. Write what you want and in what month you are going and with whom, and we will advise you. And write, you will be satisfied with the budget option or all the same. There are also inexpensive good hotels. I like Bulgaria more than Turkey and certainly Egypt and Crimea. Try it, maybe this is your place.
