Agree with someone in Bulgaria who rents apartments, they will send you a reservation by e-mail, print it out and that's it .. since last year, in many large cities of Ukraine, Bulgarian visa centers have been opened, the price of a visa is 35 euros plus 22 center commission. Another option is if there are acquaintances in the tour company, they can help with a visa. Romanian transit is not needed. Transit through Romania was canceled several years ago for up to 5 days with a Bulgarian visa .. good luck to you)

It cost 35 + 22 euros, from children under 18 years old 22 euros. And they give it with the necessary documents, in my opinion, to everyone. Moreover, they can say that they make visas only for their tours. I have never had any problems with the CC. Independently - you yourself answer, and not an aunt from TA.
