For some reason, we have visas for 35 euros (we are Russians living in Minsk). Lara, Pomorie is not a small resort, but a very large one. You can't walk from the Old Town to the New Town. I love the Old City. But Sunny Beach is better for you, since the 17th. It's not so noisy there, but the resort life is still in full swing. Nessebar, in my opinion, is not very suitable with a child, it’s better to just go and see. And there are good hotels on SB. It makes sense to take "all inclusive". The restaurants are better in Pomorie, Sozopol, Kranevo. These are the towns where the Bulgarians themselves live, the restaurant business is well developed there: very tasty and cheap. But in your period, it’s somehow not like a vacation, everything goes together, it’s a little sad. And on Sat the whole month is good, festive. Ask for hotels: Trakia or Trakia Garden, Longoza, Laguna Park (very good), more expensive Tiara Beach, Kalimera Club. Expensive, but the coolest is Eureka. If you need cheaper, then ask Selena-2. There is a good and inexpensive one - Isola, but it is 15-20 minutes from the sea.

I would not dare to go after September 17 ... Maybe it doesn’t matter with the weather. If you are going to have a rest "for a child", then Sunny Beach is really better. I mean that the malls (this is an integral part of any resort) are closed, there is no more animation for your child, no one is having fun anymore (I mean places like St. Vlas). There is nowhere to walk there, one shopping street at the top, a mountain resort. Therefore, I recommend Sunny Beach, from there there is a convenient transport interchange in all directions, there is a lot of space for walking. Swimming in the sea will be in question. so you need to take a hotel with a pool for the child and a bar for you. As for driving around and seeing, the north coast is better for me. Just in case, look at the hotels of Albena (look at Kaliope on half board - inexpensive and good), Nona, Boryana, Mura, Slavuna, Laguna Garden. It's good to drive from there. Go to restaurants, if you are not embarrassed that with a child, look at Pomorie, the Pomorie Bay hotel (it is better to take it without food), Kranevo - hotels Margarita, Vedren, Palace. In the excellent resort of St. Konstantin there is a good and inexpensive private villa, 700 m from the sea, but you want to take a car. If you are interested, I will write in a personal. I would take "all inclusive", and go to restaurants several times anyway. If the main priority is to gourmand, then take Pomorie or Sozopol (both there and there it can storm and nail mud in September - the specifics of the location). In Nessebar with the Old Town it is expensive, in the New Town it is inexpensive. In general, it is inexpensive for dinner without wine - 25 lev for three (1 lev = 1.9 euros), expensive - 2 times more. First choose a resort.
