Yes, the hotel is good. you can even determine to 4 * for nutrition. Good cuisine., there are fruits, meat, fish. And the staff, although they don’t understand Russian very well, but they are doing their best. Go to the sea if you don’t stop at souvenir shops, about 10-12 minutes.

Hey! My girlfriend and I rested in July 2011. The hotel is good, the food is varied: every day meat, fish, 2-3 salads, sweets (I really liked eclairs), ice cream, white and red wine, beer). Far from the beach (we walked 10 -15 minutes, but it will be difficult for children), but there is a water park nearby.

I rested at the Izola Paradise hotel (the name is spelled that way) from June 3 to June 17, 2011. Because the flight from Minsk was after lunch, then at the reception they didn’t “fuck” me as if they had arrived in the morning before lunch, but they immediately gave me the keys to the room. In addition, at the reception, guests are also given a type of guest card (it is needed, for example, if you are away from the hotel for a long time and hand over the room key, and you will receive the key back upon arrival) and a damage pricelist (a sheet that indicates the cost lost or damaged hotel property). Friendly women sit at the reception, they know the Russian language well, but you can learn a few Bulgarian words before your vacation, especially since this will come in handy not only when communicating in the hotel, but also outside it. At the reception you can rent a safe at a price of two euros per day, which is cheaper compared to the price of this service at other hotels. I did not use this service, later nothing was missing from my room.

The hotel is located at a distance of at least 400 meters from the sea, but this is by air, in reality there will be more to the sea. Despite this disadvantage, the advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the so-called "main avenue" - a pedestrian street, which is perpendicular to the coastline of the sea and conditionally divides the resort into northern and southern parts. On the main avenue there is a 22-storey hotel Kuban, which is the "beacon" of the resort and which is good to navigate.

The hotel itself consists of three buildings, standing in the form of the letter "P" (this is an approximate comparison), inside which there is all the so-called infrastructure: two swimming pools with a children's section, a lobby bar, a snack bar, two billiards, one tennis table, internet -room for 6 computers, a room with the inscription "fitness" (in which there is a gym, a hairdresser and apparently something else related). In general, the hotel has a territory closed from strangers. By the way, many sites show outdated photos of this hotel, in which there is one pool and two buildings. Now there are two pools and three buildings (the third building was apparently built in the year 2008, it is naturally the freshest, I lived in it). The pool always had free sun loungers, but this is due to the incomplete loading of the hotel in June, all the sun loungers were without mattresses, so I had to put a towel on the sun lounger. The hotel also has a beach shop with a kind of entrance from the side of the street.

The hotel has a star rating of three stars, which was later confirmed. I had the newest building, so I had no complaints about the room. The room had a TV (60 channels, about 4 of them were Russian-speaking, channels for adults were on at night) and a mini-fridge, there was a carpet on the floor, there was a table, two chairs, a dryer on the balcony, there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. But the air conditioner did not work as I wanted, but perhaps I did not understand the features of its work, and it was not particularly needed. In addition, the water in the bathroom was a little slow to leave, accidentally spilling from the shower on the floor, but these are trifles. Cleaning consisted of daily garbage removal, washing the ashtray on the balcony, making the bed. Sweeping or using a vacuum cleaner in the room is something I didn't notice, but I kept it clean and survived it. Giving money to the maid only increased the frequency of taking out the garbage and washing the ashtray, it became three times a day. Bed linen was changed about two or three times, and towels were changed five times in two weeks of rest. There was also a sign in the room that said something like "Do not disturb" and "Cleaning needed" that you can hang on the doorknob on the side of the hallway.

Meals at the hotel took place according to the following schedule:
- 07:30-10:00 buffet breakfast in the restaurant;
- 10:00-11:00 - late breakfast in the restaurant;
- 12:00-14:30 buffet lunch at the restaurant;
- 15:00-17:00 - hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, beer, soft drinks at the snack bar;
- 18:00-21:00 buffet dinner in the restaurant;
- 11:00-23:00 - Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, sweets, ice cream in the lobby bar.

There were no complaints about the variety and quality of food. For breakfast they gave an omelet with sausage, an omelet without sausage, boiled eggs, fried sausages and sausage, 2-3 types of sausage cuts, pate, cheese, 6-8 types of salads, side dishes, stewed vegetables, and much more. After 10 am the restaurant had fresh pizza and fresh pastries. I don’t remember about fruits for breakfast, but they were for lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner were even more varied. Of the meat for lunch and dinner, there was often chicken, cutlets, pork or beef were rare, sometimes they gave fish, but the fish was weak. Alcohol was also varied, from beer, wine and vodka to whiskey and tequila, but of Bulgarian production. In the restaurant and lobby bar, the bartenders did not "huddle" and poured as much as they were asked. In addition, during dinner on a small stage in the courtyard, one of the bartenders played live music.
The contingent of vacationers in the hotel is predominantly German youth, there were 10-15 percent of Russian speakers. Vacationers did not deliver any inconvenience to each other (such as noise in the corridor at night), but this is also due to the incomplete loading of the hotel in June.

We rested in the second half of June 2011. The hotel is good, the food is also good, a lot of fruit, which is not always the case in June and 4 *. But the sea is far away. It is believed that 300 meters, but you can’t go straight, but it will be 500. We sunbathed by the pool, and at the end before dinner, we went to the sea and swam, thereby saving on sunbeds.
