We rested in July 2011, from the center (Kuban Hotel) about 40 minutes on foot along the embankment.
The hotel has no entertainment, except for the pool, billiards, computers. All entertainment - on the waterfront.
I didn't even know there were single rooms.
Double rooms - a bit shabby furniture, but generally decent, cool, TV.
We took only breakfast, were satisfied.
The beach is across the road (embankment), we bought an umbrella (10 lev) and sunbathed on our bedding. Ask, specifically, I will answer.

Thank you for your answer, I read your review .. I also only go for breakfast ..
I understand that all discos are located in the center, and this is not very close..
What restaurants would you recommend with national cuisine?

We did not go to discos, as we were with children.
But several times we drove past the Orange disco - it is 1 stop from the hotel. Near the hotel there is a bus stop Efir, there are a lot of buses, the fare is 1 lev.
Almost every restaurant will offer you national dishes. We dined at the hotel restaurant (with a 10% discount) took nat. dishes - they have 3 types of sach (from 15 to 20 lev), fried lamb saddle (18 lev), Shopska and Greek salad are everywhere (3-5 lev), chicken and pork kawarma, for dessert - melba - ice cream with fruits (5 lev). Portions are very large, 400-500 g.

Still nearby is the Windmill restaurant - this is a national restaurant with performances - national dances and dances on coals

Thank you) Is there wi-fi in the hotel itself? is it worth taking a laptop with you? How does the staff treat customers? Are there sunbeds by the pool? mainly who stays in this hotel (young people, couples, foreigners, elderly?)

There is wi-fi in the hotel lobby, a lot of people were sitting with laptops. There are also stationary computers, access to the Internet for 1 hour - 5 leva.
A swimming pool for 2 hotels, for those who have everything from the Belvyu hotel, many of them are all-inclusive, they are definitely free, but I didn’t get it from our hotel - we came, undressed on a sunbed, swam - they didn’t take money from us, but we didn’t lay there all day.
In general, the resort is 10% Germans, 10% British, the rest are Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Moldovans, Bulgarians, Romanians, in Russian everyone understands everything, as if they were not abroad. There are not many elderly, mostly middle-aged or with children.
We did not have any complaints about the staff, if you ask, they answer kindly.

Thank you... The most important thing I forgot to ask... are there refrigerators or mini-bars in the rooms and are they allowed to use them for their own needs?

There is a small fridge in the room, but in the lobby of the hotel there is a huge poster warning that food cannot be brought into the rooms. I saw how some were not allowed in with melons. We kept only water there.
