Water park cost.
We gathered in Bulgaria for the first time. We chose Slavyansky from budget hotels. I’m going with my daughter, 11 years old, please tell me how much the entrance to the water park costs (or cost in 2011), and which of the two is worth going to? Still interested in an excursion to Istanbul, maybe someone was, how much does it cost (with a visa) and how long does it take? I will be grateful for the answers!

The water park near Kotva cost about 100 leva (2200 rubles) in 2011, but the water is dirty, many children "grabbed" a company - a virus, cigarette butts, condoms at the bottom ... I strongly advise against it. Approximately the same situation with the water park (large) at the entrance to Nessebar.

And about the trip to Istanbul - I do not advise. VERY tiring. This summer it cost 200 USD. and lasted for days.

There are two water parks: in Sunny Beach and in Nessebar. There is no difference in my opinion. I know for sure that in the water park on Solnechny after 15:00 for children 6 euros, for adults 12 euros. In 3 hours you will roll and do not burn. And in terms of money, exactly half the price is cheaper to go for half a day)

Were in the water park in Nessebar after 15.00 - the price is 35-45 leva (I don't remember exactly). The price for it is the same everywhere, a branded bus runs along the main street every 10-15 minutes, brings it there and takes it back. Slides are standard, as elsewhere. There are a lot of people and queues for the slides too. The highlight of the water park is a river with a tidal wave, it is launched from time to time. You can travel by yourself - when the weather was not very good, we ourselves went first to Nessebar, on the other day - to Burgas and Sozopol.

We rested in August 2011 with my husband. The water park is better not in Sunny Beach itself, but if you live in Slavyansky (we were there), cross the road, every 10-15 minutes a bus rides (back and forth for free). It’s better to go in the morning for the whole day because although it’s cheaper in the afternoon, but there are more people, you will stand in lines for the rides). For the whole day, the entrance cost 35 lev (about 200 UAH) for children, it seems cheaper. And although my husband and I are already over 40, there are a lot of impressions. As for the standard slides, I would argue ... Your child will be very pleased! There is a water park at the Kotva hotel, but very small and very childish, it costs 10, not 100lev (1lev is about 6 UAH), but it is also for hotel residents, accordingly, the level is not the same. About excursions to Istanbul, announcements are posted at every second hotel, you can pick something up for yourself both in price and in duration. We liked walking in Nessebar, especially in the evening, the coast looks beautiful. Go to Burgas for rags, the bus stops 5 lev one way, prices are many times lower, we bought souvenirs, t-shirts, knitwear and all for a leather jacket of Bulgarian origin (for example, for a girl of 15 years old, it cost 115 levs (800 UAH) Have a nice rest !!!!
