We traveled from Iltur, but flew by plane. We liked everything. The only thing is that the documents were ready on the last day, but it was our fault that we handed over our passports late. The Teddy Cam welcome party worked great. The hotel guide gave the phone and said to call for any questions, day and night, if you need a doctor (for insurance), she will take you at any time !!! But in our hotel there were a lot of people who were not happy with the buses - what a terrible mess. The guide honestly admitted that not everything is fine with the buses, there are a lot of them, but it’s not realistic to answer and have so many guides, so the people are crying and yelling, but there’s no point. The only thing I will say is that you need to have the entire package of documents on hand, if the agency “forgets” you remind very persistently (we had a case at the hotel when Madame arrived by bus, and she only had a passport with a visa, no insurance, no voucher - nothing). We barely got through to Iltur himself, found out the number of our driver, called and he assured that he would be on time. It was about 13.00. At 16.30 we start calling the driver again, because he is already late, but he does not pick up the phone. We were able to get in touch with Iltur, we were told that the bus had a broken air conditioner and it would be there in an hour and a half. Waited a little longer...for 6 hours. The most interesting thing is that none of the representatives of Iltur us (there were 2 dozen of us with children) called us, did not warn or apologize. We ourselves called them back every hour, spending all the money that was on our mobiles, and they just hung noodles on us. In the morning, when we were already on the border with Ukraine, the conder broke down, which they had been repairing for so long. I think the reason for the delay was not the conder at all.

But in my desired Nobel hotel, the prices were 40 euros more expensive, so I decided to save ... on my own head. But, despite the difficult move, I do not regret that I went to Bulgaria, it is definitely better than the Crimea in terms of service and prices. But it was even worse back, the bus broke down and a Bulgarian bus took us from Sunny Beach and brought us to Varna, unloaded it on the city under the scorching sun and left ... wait for another bus to pick you up ... and the other bus ... was also Bulgarian. . horrible, dirty, I can't even put into words.
