To Romania: Mangalia, Mamaia, Constanta. We were in Romania 2 times (on vacation), we did not like it. But the second time we went exclusively to watch. The tour from Bulgaria cost 60 levs, it's inexpensive, and maybe you need to go, because it's uncomfortable to rest there, but it's interesting to see.
