In Baikal, standard rooms face the street, there is no soundproofing. Opposite Trakia 3 *, there are windows to the street, double-glazed windows, it's better, quieter.

Not so much and more, but the difference with inexpensive hotels is big. And Burgas Beach until February is 100 euros cheaper than Tiara. Also a good hotel, right on the beach.
