Good afternoon! The central beach is really inconvenient for a stroller, but there is definitely one exit. In the center of the beach there is a climb up without steps, she herself climbed it to the stall. But the slope is over 30 degrees.
Harmony Beach, in my opinion, is accessible, from the city there is a gentle descent to it, I don’t remember the steps, at least the big ones. There is a street along the coast, skirting the city with a slope towards the beach. I'll try to post pictures. Look :)

Actually, it was originally planned to be somewhere closer to Harmony but very far from the old city. At least now I know exactly what to choose from housing.
