I haven’t been inside, the place is good, close to the beach, but the beach is small, the hotel is new - I saw both the beginning and the end of its construction, I won’t dissuade. You can go to Bulgaria without booking anything in advance (I do this), on the spot in a couple of hours in any city you can find a hotel "for yourself". Good luck !
