rested as a family of 4 (parents + 2 children), not very satisfied, probably a lot has changed over the past 3 years. Since we were with 2 small children, a lot of things mattered: old bed linen with holes, smaller than beds, sliding all the time, very superficial cleaning of the rooms, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, the food was disgusting. On the third day, sour soup was served, when they told the cook about it - the answer was: "It happens!". There are no glasses in the room. The staff is all up to the lantern, it is difficult to call it friendly, for any requests - in response to a collision. I had to contact the administrator for insurance purchased from the travel agency that organized the tour to the hotel. The administrator replied that you can call yourself from wherever you want, decent tourists supposedly have roaming, and you had to call PRAGUE (!!!) on a Russian-language line. I have never experienced this in any other hotel. At least the travel agency warned about such insurance. As a result, the child had to treat otitis on his own, without examination, which is very fraught when he has such a form.. They also spoiled the mood on the last day, when the administration came to the room and started yelling that we were late for the transfer, although she herself mixed up the time. . . .

and my husband and I were in Europe in September and did not regret it a bit! We actually RELAXED: the hotel is not located in the resort itself, but on its outskirts, in a very quiet and peaceful area (no crowds and noise). The nearest beach has a very rocky bottom, we were even upset about this right away, but at the reception they recommended another one, about 7 minutes walk, there is already sand and, which I liked very much, there are always few people. The hotel staff is polite and smiling, they willingly told us where to go on an excursion, and where to go shopping. The most pleasant impressions
