если ехать по профсоюзной путевке- то и уксус сладкий,как известно.Но если за свои кровные- ито возмущению нет предела.Хамство,полное безразличие,то есть дай деньги и дальше ты не нужен никому.Приехала с дочерью 11 лет после 17.00 сутки в дороге,никто не оставил обеда.За то за 11 дней пребывания с ребенком заплатила 5700гр. отвратительно. Никогда больше не поеду в Кристал. Отвратительно!!! И все,что сказано во всех отзывах правда.
