We didn't have a safe in the room. We didn't use it at all. They closed everything in a suitcase, no one stole anything. Most likely safes at the reception, but I could be wrong. Shampoo and gel were delivered once upon check-in and more stocks were not replenished. But we took our own, so we were not particularly upset :)

A safe costs 7 leva per day, but you have to pay for all the days of your stay, i.e. if you have a tour for 10 nights, respectively, pay 70 leva, you cannot pay for one or two days. Safe in the room, in the closet. It is screwed to the side wall, on the other hand it can be easily unscrewed, so there is probably no point in it. There was shampoo and gel, but we took our own, so I can’t say about the supplement.
