For me, the center of Sunny Beach is a horror! Not sleeping at night because of the noise, it's definitely not a rest for us. Correctly Natasha Kiev advises Helena Sands, there are no entertainment establishments in this part of the resort. And if you are closer to the center, then at least Trakia 3 *, there is not such a noisy street and many times cheaper. And the hotel is good, only soon on the "foot" will be. As for "all inc", it is more convenient for us than to wait until they cook and give a tip each time. For restaurants, it is better to choose not purely resorts, but settlements where Bulgarians live: Kranevo, Pomorie, Sozopol. The food is tasty and inexpensive. But everyone has different priorities.
