The child travels on a children's travel card with his grandmother to Bulgaria by car (via Romania). There is a notarized permission from the parents to leave, which states that they will cross the border of Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. (They want to go on an excursion to Istanbul by car from Bulgaria). Will there be any problems with leaving the Bulgaria-Turkey border with a power of attorney in Ukrainian?
