Good evening, dear forum users. In connection with the upcoming vacation, I am faced with a dilemma which country to give preference to. Most of all, of course, I like Croatia, but due to the wild euro exchange rate in Ukraine, this trip is slightly shifted in time. So the choice fell on Montenegro and Greece. I would like to hear the opinion of the experienced, which of these countries will be more interesting and more democratic in terms of prices. If we talk about basic accommodation in hotels where you can wash and spend the night, then the prices will be very similar. Therefore, the statistics of prices within the country for meals and excursions are interesting. And in general, which of the countries would be more interesting in terms of attractions near the resort towns. We are interested in both natural sights and various architectural "daytime". I would be grateful for any ideas

I was in Rhodes, and I was in Budva, I can say In Greece there is something to see, and in Montenegro the prices for everything are lower for food and alcohol. Although the conditions of the settlement were approximately the same, that is, studios with kitchens and a balcony. The sea is clean here and there .Greece spent 50% more money. Farther...
We have been to Turkey twice, this year I would like to visit the Slavic brothers. Croatia falls away because of the stones and high prices. Please tell me where it is better to go, where the sea is better: warmer and cleaner, where it will be more interesting for both children (4 and 8) and us. Maybe someone was there and there? And then in the travel agency they only fuck and woo Spain. And we have a language barrier, plus the budget is limited. Thanks.

Good afternoon. Montenegro is more expensive than Bulgaria, if you take a vacation in private villas, not hotels. So that the children are not bored, you need to choose a city with entertainment, and not a small village)) It all depends on what budget) I was in Budva (Montenegro) and Obzor (Bulgaria) - incomparably, but both there and there - I had a rest Nice)) Farther...
Please advise which visa-free country should be chosen for a 2-week summer vacation for a young couple? We are looking for beautiful nature, clear sea and mountains, interesting sights (which you can visit on your own), good service, but at the same time a more or less budget option (it will suit a tour to a villa without meals).

All three countries suit your requirements. Of all three, Turkey will be cheaper and more satisfying, the sea is warmer, you will meet more outcasts and cattle. Croatia is the most expensive, the most beautiful and the most civilized. Montenegro is a little simpler than Croatia, but more expensive than Turkey. Farther...
We are going on vacation in August. The question arose where to go. We chose these three countries, because at about the same prices, we have not been to them yet. I would like a warm, clean sea, more or less empty beaches and an entertainment program in the hotel or outside it, but not far from the hotel. I would also like to visit a couple of interesting excursions. What do you recommend? Thanks in advance

Empty beaches in Montenegro in August (if before the 20th) is a utopia :-) There will be a human anthill. Cyprus excursion, never heard :-) Greece meets such requirements (from your list). More specifically, Crete. Beaches - shaft, excursions more than. Rethymnon, for example, there are beaches for many kilometers, there is where to retire, and there is where to travel around the island. From there it is very convenient to go to Santorini. A family of 3 adults and a small child (1 year old) gathered to relax in the second half of September. And the question is where is Marmaris or Rethymnon (Crete) better? Rethymno I know a little (rested Adelianos Kampos). I really liked the hotel Aquala Porto Rethymno. Tell me if there is something similar in Marmaris or nearby? Wishes: own sandy beach, hotel area with swimming pools and pleasant recreation nearby (shade or umbrellas), respectively ALL, walks around the city, monuments and nature, playground for a child (does he need animation at that age?), sea view rooms with a balcony. Prices are within 100 thousand or a little more. You don't need heat, but you don't need cold either.

Honestly, I sincerely do not recommend you. We adults couldn’t even get used to the temperature of the water for 4 days, the child definitely won’t be able to swim there. Yes, you yourself will not let him go there ... I think you can safely choose any resort on the Mediterranean Sea. I think Cyprus is a great option for kids. Was last year in Larnaca. The water is like fresh milk, the sea is shallow. For a child, that's it ... Yes, and Greece is a good option. Turkey will do, but not the part o ... Farther...
We want to go abroad with a child for the first time, we are considering Turkey (only 5 * was advised), Bulgaria or Cyprus, the child is 3.5. year, I want to have more children's entertainment parks, water parks, etc. good food, for 8-12 days, the main thing is the cleanest beach and the sea, we eat at 3, in the month of August, but have not decided where yet ??? can you advise where did you go???

Why argue about children? they are all different! someone walks on pebbles with pleasure, and someone won’t even come close to it. if a child likes to poke around in the sand, and not throw pebbles, then you should go to sandy beaches. everyone in the family should have a rest, but here, excuse me, until a certain age, children's preferences will be a priority. I agree with Trisha75, the Aegean coast of Turkey will best meet your requirements. Farther...
