I have only one thought about this - try to contact the program "I'm looking for you" on ORT (without irony and sarcasm). I know that they have their own website (sorry, I don’t know which one, thank God, there was never a need to know it) and many people find each other thanks to this program, even living in different countries.
And here, I'm afraid you won't find anything - you've come to the wrong address.
