In Bali, only breakfast, because eating in cafes is cheaper than in a hotel, and almost everywhere, the menu is in Russian, with errors, though, but you will smile. The locals were very friendly. Don't know about Sri Lanka Farther...
There were definitely breakfasts in India, but as in Sri Lanka, maybe you can secure yourself and take another dinner. Comparing with India, is there a difference or not?

It also depends on what you plan to do there. Lying on the beach, you can take all. But in Ceylon one cannot do without excursions and, as a rule, few people take all-inclusive. More often than not, breakfasts are included. Fortunately, the food there is cheap. Farther...
I know that somewhere there was such a question, but something I can not find it. Please advise from which resort it will be more convenient to go to Kandy, Sinharja, Yala? I know about combined tours, but it’s hard right after the flight, it won’t have the same effect :)
