In different years, both Burgas and Varna flew by charter. The flight was delayed only 1 time for only 1 hour - out-of-town passengers were late. One year we went by bus. We left Kyiv at 8.00. Hello, last year we took an excursion from a local travel agent (in Sozopol) for 40 leva for 1 day (in the cost of transport and a sightseeing tour). Cheaper, I think, unless on foot.
