The cheapest I found that year in September is Kemer, the Ydiros 3 * hotel. Cost $950 for two for 14 days. Meals - breakfast/dinner. The hotel itself is of course mediocre, but if you only spend the night and wash in it, then it is quite suitable. There is no entertainment in it, but it is located very conveniently.
