Hainan is a year-round resort .. I was there at the end of November, it never rained, +28 +32, water + 26 ... It’s the perfect time for me .. If you go alone without a group, then you need a visa .. if a group is traveling up to 15 nights, then a group visa is needed .. if a group travels for more than 15, then a separate visa is issued for each .. a group visa is something in the region of 10-20 dollars + 45 yuan each pays when entering China ..
