We are going to relax at sea in September, we choose between Turkey and Egypt (Hurghada). Are there any differences between the sea in Kemer and Hurghada? I know that the best sea is in Sharm, but it is these regions that are of interest. Where is it better to go in terms of the sea - to Kemer (Turkey) or Hurghada (Egypt)?

I am in awe of the Red Sea of Egypt. This is a must see. And having traveled a bunch of times through these two countries, I still chose Egypt for myself. Well, I love it and that's it ... There, for me, the atmosphere is different ... the smell is different .. I can’t even describe it. Although I also love Turkey. Farther...

I'll try to be brief: Turkey - a beautiful landscape, almost as good as Crimea Egypt - the extraordinary beauty of the underwater world Excursions are interesting here and there. Turkey prefers May or September Egypt is ideal in October-November Therefore, for a long time I concluded that I choose based on rest time i.e. if it is May or September definitely Turkey if October-November, or March-April, then only Egypt! The cost of an approximately equivalent two-week tour to Tunisia is more expensive than to Egypt, but when we start counting the money spent for the entire vacation, the amounts are equalized. Of course, if you spend your entire vacation in a hotel without going on excursions, then an Egyptian vacation will be cheaper. We are a curious people, and we cannot stand more than two days in a row on the beach. Farther...

Hotels are the same everywhere. Both there and there are both 4 * and 5 *. Excursions are different and there are many of them, but still I advise you to go to Egypt to Sharm El Sheikh, the Red Sea and indeed a fairy tale, fantastic diving, which cannot be said about the Mediterranean Sea. Underwater photos on a digital camera are simply superb. Go, you won't regret it. Farther...
Sorry, if my question is out of the general theme, but nevertheless, I dare to ask. A couple of times when I came out of the sea, I had a burning sensation in small areas of the skin. After a couple of hours, the burning sensation subsided, but a medium-sized red rash appeared. It was all gone in about a day. How much I didn’t peer into the water, I didn’t see jellyfish there (like they said that they didn’t exist in Middle-earth?), write off contact allergies from small pinches of local fish - the same is somehow too much. Everything would be trifles, but only after arriving home, I was again sprinkled in the same locations. Now I’m thinking - just wait until it passes, stomp to a dermatologist, or just someone encountered something similar in Middle-earth and knows what it could be?

There are a lot of jellyfish in the Mediterranean Sea! They may be so small that you can't even see them. It is strange that the houses were sprinkled again. Try to drink diazolin or another anti-allergic drug, if it does not help, you will have to go to a dermatologist. Z.Y. And by the way, algae are also not harmless. In one hotel in Kemer, a colony of such toxic algae spread on ropes that held the buoys. Half the hotel was walking around with burns, and the staff warned not to grab the buoys ... Farther...

I was looking for an alternative to Egypt for July. I "walked" through all the countries ... FOR MYSELF, I did not find anything that would attract MORE Egypt! In many exotic countries, this is a period of rains and hurricanes. Somewhere there are forest fires, somewhere there are floods, somewhere there are earthquakes or eruptions))) In Egypt, the climate is stable, without unpleasant surprises. Hotels in Morocco are so-so. None of them "hooked", although I love the Arab East, and the very na ... Farther...
