Please advise which visa-free country should be chosen for a 2-week summer vacation for a young couple? We are looking for beautiful nature, clear sea and mountains, interesting sights (which you can visit on your own), good service, but at the same time a more or less budget option (it will suit a tour to a villa without meals).

All three countries suit your requirements. Of all three, Turkey will be cheaper and more satisfying, the sea is warmer, you will meet more outcasts and cattle. Croatia is the most expensive, the most beautiful and the most civilized. Montenegro is a little simpler than Croatia, but more expensive than Turkey.
