And we walked along the coastline for several kilometers from the hotel and no one pestered us. But the Dominicans themselves say that it is better to stay away from the Haitians. Well, they're like our gypsies. We haven't noticed anything though. They didn’t see anything dangerous at all, unless of course you are afraid of fish in the ocean. We constantly fed them and they gathered visibly-invisibly near us. Great. Farther...

Sorry, if my question is out of the general theme, but nevertheless, I dare to ask. A couple of times when I came out of the sea, I had a burning sensation in small areas of the skin. After a couple of hours, the burning sensation subsided, but a medium-sized red rash appeared. It was all gone in about a day. How much I didn’t peer into the water, I didn’t see jellyfish there (like they said that they didn’t exist in Middle-earth?), write off contact allergies from small pinches of local fish - the same is somehow too much. Everything would be trifles, but only after arriving home, I was again sprinkled in the same locations. Now I’m thinking - just wait until it passes, stomp to a dermatologist, or just someone encountered something similar in Middle-earth and knows what it could be?

There are a lot of jellyfish in the Mediterranean Sea! They may be so small that you can't even see them. It is strange that the houses were sprinkled again. Try to drink diazolin or another anti-allergic drug, if it does not help, you will have to go to a dermatologist. Z.Y. And by the way, algae are also not harmless. In one hotel in Kemer, a colony of such toxic algae spread on ropes that held the buoys. Half the hotel was walking around with burns, and the staff warned not to grab the buoys ... Farther...
Do I need to take out insurance for a trip to the Dominican Republic and Cuba? And if so, what is the minimum amount?

Insurance is voluntary, but I think it should be mandatory. In another country, we have no relatives (as a rule, we travel only with spouses and children) who could help us out (when it comes to health, delay in providing assistance can be fatal). Therefore, insurance is a must. I also want to add that before traveling to another country, you need to find out the coordinates of the embassy of your country. Farther...
Please tell us which part of the Dominican Republic is better to go in late January-February? What is the climate? Is it cold at night? Is there a lot of humidity? Which of the Dominican resorts has better beaches, calmer sea? How are the insects? Are there mosquitoes for example? What should be taken into account? I would be grateful for any information!

Dear tourists!! Let me once again return to the topic already discussed, though two years ago, the topic. Approximately on the 4th-5th day of my stay in Egypt, I get covered in places with a nasty, itchy rash, mainly bends of the elbows, knees, etc. Maybe for This time, medicine has advanced significantly, but I don’t know? As an allergic person with urticaria of unknown etiology, which upon arrival to the seas-oceans necessarily suffers from it a little - I want to give a couple of tips. If you still take pills (ointment, cream or gel as a local remedy is also needed) - in no case do not take the mentioned diazolin, suprastin and tavegil - these are antihistamines, so to speak, outdated. They really make you fall asleep uncontrollably, and some have a severe reaction like after heavy antidepressants (for example, ... Farther...

What nonsense, I assure you, I didn’t see a single cockroach there at all. Most recently, my relative went there with a large company, there are also no complaints. Take a room in the main building, and enjoy your stay))) Farther...
