You don't need to buy any roaming package on Kyivstar - it will connect automatically if you use any service. If you make or receive a call, 30 UAH will be debited from your account immediately and you will be credited with 15 minutes for the current day - these 15 minutes you can call even in Ukraine, even in Egypt (but not to other countries - this will be a separate tariff) .
