I choose between the Ark and the Carpathian Polonyny

I want to give my husband a trip to the "mountain hotel". I know only two of these in the Carpathians - this is in the Chernivtsi region Ark on the city of Megura and somewhere near the Kyiv-Chop highway in the village of Oriv Carpathian Polonyny. Haven't been in any of them. But, perhaps, over the past couple of years, more similar hotels have appeared. Far from civilization, in the mountains, but +/- comfortable. Who knows these? Location-Carpathians. Where exactly is not important. Well, if you still choose between those two, which is better? I'm especially annoyed by the lack of feedback on the Ark lately. I would like an active tourist and sports program, perhaps accommodation in tents somewhere in the forest.
